Plastic factory deodorization method, plastic deodorant

Formally produced plastics are not toxic, but the additives that need to be added in the production of plastics are toxic, or the reaction is not sufficient during synthesis, and small-molecule monomers are released when used, and plastics are toxic. Adding a variety of plasticizers, lubricants, stabilizers, colorants, antistatic agents, etc., can become a good plastic deodorant. If PP, PE, PS, PVC recycled plastic granulation or raw materials are used to process products, more chemical additives will be added.

The odor emitted by plastic factories is poisonous. The raw materials of plastic products include (PP) polypropylene, (PE) polyethylene, (PVC) polyvinyl chloride and other components. The high content of vinyl chloride monomer will volatilize and cause carcinogenic effects to the human body. Excessive inhalation can irritate the human body. The smell of some oily substances used in injection molding machines and molds is also toxic when heated. In the process of repeated heating and forming of plastic, it will also be decomposed into small molecular weight toxic substances. Excessive inhalation can irritate the liver and lungs. The smell of some oily substances used in injection molding machines and molds after being heated is also toxic, which is not good for human health. Therefore, people working in plastic factories must pay attention to protective measures, wear masks and masks, and minimize the inhalation of toxic gases.

The PVC plastic deodorant is a white powder. It is a reactive deodorant. At the same time, it has the characteristics of porous structure and high specific surface area. It can effectively and quickly react and absorb low-molecular materials containing sulfide functional groups. Carry out a chemical reaction so that the active group does not volatilize into the production environment, and can continuously absorb the odor source. For example, some reducing odor substances such as ammonia, aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, esters, aldehydes, alkenes, alkanes, hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, etc. At the same time, the production environment is improved. It can be applied to the processing of PE, PP, PVC products, the blown film, injection molding, foaming, blow molding, extrusion, wire drawing and other processes of products. Effectively reduce odors such as VOCs in products, purify the production environment, and improve product image.

Plastic deodorants can be used in the following industries:

1. PE blown film, plastic film manufacturing is used for the manufacture of agricultural covering, industrial, commercial and daily packaging films.

2. Manufacture of PP injection molding, PVC products, plastic sheets, pipes and profiles. It refers to the production of various plastic plates, pipes and fittings, rods, sheets, etc., as well as the production of plastic profiles that are continuously extruded with polyvinyl chloride as the main raw material.

3. Manufacture of PP, PVC plastic wire, rope and braided products

4. The manufacture of PS and PVC foams is based on synthetic resin as the main raw material, and is processed into the production of plastic products with micropores inside by the foaming molding process.
