- Company Commitment to RSPO Our company fully supports the core Principles & Criteria of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). We commit to responsible palm oil sourcing, eliminate deforestation, protect HCV/HCS forest areas, respect indigenous and local community land rights, and ban exploitative labor practices across our full supply chain. All palm oil, palm kernel oil and derivatives purchased, traded and processed by our firm shall trace back to RSPO-certified sustainable suppliers. We strictly implement mass balance segregation traceability as required by RSPO Prisma system.
- Self-Verification & Internal Compliance Check We conduct quarterly self-verification audits on palm oil supply chain records, including supplier certification documents, delivery trace logs, purchase invoices and sustainability training records. All non-conformities identified during self-inspection will be rectified within 30 working days with corrective action records retained for inspection.
- Disclosure of External Third-Party Compliance Systems Our enterprise maintains externally verified management systems to support RSPO shared responsibility compliance:
- ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
- ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System ISO 9001 Quality Management System with full raw material traceability control These external certified systems cover social responsibility, environmental protection, supply chain record-keeping and labor welfare requirements aligned with RSPO shared responsibility standards. All valid external certification documents are archived and available for RSPO official review upon request.
