The UV light acts as a heating agent. Another feature of light action is that it mainly develops on the surface of rubber. Heat: Increased temperature can cause thermal cracking or thermal crosslinking of rubber. But the basic effect of heat is activation. Improve oxygen diffusion rate and activate oxidation reaction, accelerate rubber oxidation reaction rate.

Rubber deodorant refers to products used to remove, degrade or reduce acids, alkoxy compounds, aldehydes, vinyl compounds, ammonia, CO2 and other harmful substances produced during the processing or use of various plastics If people inhale these odors for a long time, they will stimulate the senses, make people feel uncomfortable, and cause secondary pollution to the environment. The processing process of rubber is mainly a process of solving the contradiction between plasticity and elastic properties. Through various technological means, the elastic rubber is turned into a plastic masticated rubber, and various compounding agents are added to make a semi-finished product, and the plastic semi-finished product is turned into a rubber product with high elasticity and good physical and mechanical properties through vulcanization.
